Over the past two and half decades, Dan has handled hundreds of personal injury claims and obtained tens of millions of dollars for personal injury victims and their families.

In addition to his commitment to seeking justice for clients, Dan is deeply committed to public service in our community. For such work, he was awarded The Distinguished Alumni Award for Public Service from the University at Buffalo School of Law. Dan is the Chairman of the Board of Directors for Compeer, Inc., a Buffalo organization that matches mentors with people who struggles with mental illness. He is also a board member on the St. Thomas More Catholic lawyer guild and volunteers his time at St. Luke’s Mission on the east side of Buffalo.
